Did you know that Paris is one of the most beautiful places in the world to see Cherry Blossoms? I had always thought Japan was one of the only places, but was pleasantly surprised by the stunning display of colors in Paris!

From the incredible backdrop of the Eiffel Tower to the lovely Parisian architecture, going to Paris for spring blossoms is a great idea!

Here are the best spots to see the Cherry Blossoms in Paris:

Jardine des Plantes, home to over 10,000 plant species from all over the world, has one of the most stunning cherry blossom trees in Paris!

When it’s in full bloom, it’s hard to find a more lush and pink cherry blossom in the city limits of Paris.

Just across the pathway, there is a stunning white cherry blossom tree as well.

The pink and white cherry blossom trees might bloom at slightly different times, but when we visited both were in full bloom.

When: Early to Mid April

Parc de Sceaux

I didn’t know of this park until someone told me about the stunning grove of pink cherry blossoms! It’s a bit on the outskirts of Paris and requires a 30 minute RER train ride, but it’s so worth it! In fact, the park was really nice and quite large, so I’d love to go back just to check it out some other time!

The North Grove is where you’ll see row after row of dazzling pink cherry blossom trees. It was pretty much our favorite spot to see Cherry Blossoms, maybe even more than Japan! We liked how it wasn’t overly crowded due to it being mostly locals there.

The South Grove has loads of white cherry blossom trees, which are really beautiful too!

Shakespeare and Company
